Ingredientes:
4 ovos
2 xícaras açúcar
2 xícaras farinha de trigo
1 xícara leite sem lactose
1 colher de sopa fermento químico
100 gramas Coco ralado
100 gramas leite condensado sem lactose
200 ml leite de coco
3 colheres sopa chocolate em pó
Modo de preparo:
Coloque em uma batedeira, os ovos, leite, farinha e açúcar.
Bata tudo até ficar uma mistura homogênea.
Acrescente o fermento, misture novamente.
Despeje em uma forma untada a metade da massa, no restante acrescente o chocolate em pó, misture e coloque sobre a outra massa formando duas camadas.
Leve ao forno em temperatura média por 30 min.
Misture no liquidificador, o leite de coco e o leite condensado.
Após o bolo assado, mas ainda quente, perfure-o com uma faca e despeje a mistura sobre o bolo.
Salpique o Coco ralado.
Quando esfriar, corte em pedaços e embale com papel alumínio.
Coloque na geladeira por 2h.
Retire e sirva.
