Ingredientes:
1 e 1/2 xícara de chá leite
1 colher de sopa manteiga
1 ovo ovo
1 pitada sal
1 e 1/2 xícara de chá farinha de trigo
1 colher de sopa Fermento
Azeite a gosto
1 pacote Molho para pizza
Muçarela a gosto
Presunto a gosto
2 tomate cortados em rodelas
Azeitonas pretas a gosto
Orégano a gosto
Modo de preparo:
Bata o leite, manteiga, ovo e o sal no liquidificador.
Com o aparelho ligado, aproveite para jogar, aos poucos, a farinha de trigo.
Bata a mistura até perceber que a massa ficou homogênea.
Aqueça a frigideira e adicione um pouquinho de azeite.
Adicione a massa e deixe dourar de ambos os lados.
Comece a rechear com o molho, depois a muçarela e o presunto.
Coloque azeitonas pretas, tomate em rodelas e orégano.
Deixe o fogo baixo até que todo o queijo derreta.
