1 xícara (chá) de mortadela em cubos pequenos
2 tomates sem sementes em cubos
1/2 xícara (chá) de ervilha em conserva escorrida
1 xícara (chá) de maionese
2 latas de creme de leite
1 envelope de tempero em pó para aves
Sal, pimenta-do-reino e cheiro-verde picado a gosto
Modo de preparo:
Misture em uma tigela, o macarrão, a mussarela, o presunto, a mortadela, o tomate e a ervilha.
Misture em outra tigela, a maionese, o creme de leite, o tempero em pó, sal, pimenta e cheiro-verde.
Junte aos ingredientes do macarrão e misture até ficar homogêneo.
Leve à geladeira por 1 hora.
Decore como desejar e sirva.
