Para isso você deverá usar 8 folhas de manjericão fresco, um quarto de manga, três cubos de gelo e 100 ml de água filtrada. Adicione todos os ingredientes previamente lavados e picados, exceto o gelo, no liquidificador, bata e sirva com gelo.
