No sábado, 2 de setembro, o Brasil foi abalado com a notícia chocante do grave acidente envolvendo o renomado ator Kayky Brito. O incidente, ocorrido na Avenida Lucio Costa, na Barra da Tijuca, zona oeste do Rio de Janeiro, deixou o artista em estado crítico, com politraumatismo e traumatismo cranioencefálico.
Segundo informações do Hospital Municipal Miguel Couto, Kayky Brito foi atropelado por um motorista de aplicativo enquanto atravessava a Avenida Lucio Costa. Os bombeiros o levaram imediatamente para o Hospital Miguel Couto, na zona sul do Rio de Janeiro. Ele permanece na CTI (Centro de Terapia Intensiva) sem passar por procedimentos cirúrgicos.
