A família de Cíntia Maria Dourado Mendes está buscando por Justiça após a morte da mulher. Infelizmente, Cintia não conseguiu resistir após ter recebido o diagnóstico de dengue. A doença tem registrado um aumento dos casos nestes últimos dias e está preocupando muitos brasileiros.
Cíntia buscou atendimento por duas vezes na unidade de pronto-atendimento (UPA) da região, mas faleceu em decorrência da doença. Seus familiares estranharam o atendimento que ela recebeu e querem buscar por mais respostas.
O marido, Fabiano Vieira Mendes, contou que os primeiros sintomas apareceram na semana passada e bi fim de semana de Carnaval, seu estado de saúde piorou, levando-a à tenda de acolhimento a pacientes com a doença. E apesar de ter recebido soro e orientações, ela foi liberada para retornar para casa.
“Disseram que os sintomas eram normais e a doença passaria em 14 dias”, apontou o marido, ao falar sobre a situação que vivenciou, com momentos de pânico e preocupação por sua esposa.
A mulher, no entanto, começou a apresentar dificuldade para respirar e dor no peito em casa. Depois, ela foi levada novamente à UPA, onde, segundo Fabiano, um servidor da triagem continuou a dizer que estava tudo dentro da normalidade. Após receber soro novamente e ser liberada, Cíntia desmaiou no caminho para casa e faleceu.
A família busca esclarecimentos sobre a conduta dos profissionais de saúde e espera que a investigação do boletim de ocorrência revele as circunstâncias que levaram à morte de Cíntia.
