Zambelli reage à decisão do STF e denuncia perseguição política
A deputada federal Carla Zambelli (PL-SP) se manifestou publicamente após os ministros do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), Alexandre de Moraes e Flávio Dino, votarem por sua condenação a dez anos de prisão em regime fechado. A parlamentar é acusada de envolvimento em suposta invasão de sistemas do Judiciário, junto ao hacker Walter Delgatti.
Segundo o relator Alexandre de Moraes, os crimes teriam ocorrido entre agosto de 2022 e janeiro de 2023. O ministro Flávio Dino acompanhou integralmente o voto, que ainda prevê pena de oito anos e três meses para Delgatti, além de uma multa conjunta de R$ 2 milhões. Em uma das 13 invasões atribuídas ao grupo, foi inserida uma falsa ordem de prisão contra o próprio Moraes, além de quebra de sigilo bancário e bloqueio de bens.
Em nota oficial, Zambelli expressou forte inconformismo com a decisão:
“Venho expressar meu mais profundo sentimento de inconformismo diante do voto proferido pelo ministro Alexandre de Moraes, que, ignorando os fatos e a ausência de provas, optou por me condenar injustamente.”
A deputada afirmou ser alvo de perseguição política e ressaltou que a condenação representa um ataque à liberdade de expressão e aos valores que defende:
“Estou sendo vítima de uma perseguição política que atenta contra minha honra e os princípios do Estado de Direito. O que se julga não são atos concretos, mas minha postura firme em defesa de valores conservadores. Não há prova que sustente essa condenação.”
Zambelli reforçou sua posição contrária aos abusos de poder e destacou que não cometeu qualquer crime previsto na legislação brasileira. Ela também abordou a multa imposta nos julgamentos, que ultrapassa R$ 4,5 milhões, considerando-a desproporcional.
“Um político honesto, que vive do próprio salário, não teria como arcar com tal penalidade. É algo que ultrapassa o limite do razoável.”
Por fim, a deputada agradeceu o apoio recebido da população:
“Minha fé permanece inabalável. Confio na Justiça de Deus. Agradeço a todos que compreendem que este processo ultrapassa o campo jurídico e adentra o perigoso território da perseguição ideológica.”
Zambelli concluiu reiterando seu compromisso com os princípios conservadores:
“Continuarei de pé. Só termina quando Deus disser que acabou. A verdade prevalecerá.”
