Bolsonaro Questiona Atuação de Moraes no STF
Em entrevista concedida ao portal UOL, o ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL) fez duras críticas ao ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), Alexandre de Moraes. Segundo Bolsonaro, as decisões do magistrado são motivadas por uma “gana persecutória”, indicando suposta parcialidade nas ações conduzidas contra ele.
“O Alexandre de Moraes nunca decide a nosso favor. Mesmo um recurso simples, evidente, não tem êxito”, afirmou o ex-presidente, ao comentar a sucessão de derrotas judiciais enfrentadas por sua defesa no STF. Para Bolsonaro, há um direcionamento claro nas decisões do ministro, que estariam sendo tomadas com base em critérios políticos, e não jurídicos.
O ex-presidente também questionou a rapidez com que o processo está avançando. “Se sou tão culpado assim, por que não seguir o devido processo legal?”, ironizou Bolsonaro, sugerindo que Moraes estaria acelerando etapas do julgamento de forma indevida.
Apesar das críticas, Moraes atendeu a algumas solicitações da defesa, como a liberação de provas e a inclusão de testemunhas indicadas por Bolsonaro no processo.
Réu desde março, Bolsonaro responde por tentativa de golpe de Estado, abolição violenta do Estado Democrático de Direito e organização criminosa armada. O processo está em fase de audiências e coleta de provas. Em caso de condenação máxima, a pena pode chegar a 40 anos de prisão.
