Ingredientes:
1 litro de leite
1 kg de açúcar refinado, 8 colheres são para a calda
6 ovos
50 gramas de queijo ralado
1 pacote de coco ralado
1 colher (sopa) de manteiga
3 copos de 200 ml de farinha de trigo
Modo de preparo:
Separe 8 colheres de açúcar refinado do kg e reserve.
Bata tudo no liquidificador.
Leve para assar em banho maria, em forma caramelizada. Caramelize a forma com o açúcar refinado reservado.
